Flexibility - unlimited number of articles
- articles can be imported from existing systems (e.g. merchandise information system)
- design 100% arbitrary, also the appearance of the products can be designed by yourself
- modes of dispatch and types of delivery are arbitrary
- arbitrary currencies, additional currencies adjustable
- method of payment arbitrary (credit card, cash on delivery (COD), cash in advance, ...)
- save SSL secure server environment is included
- Taxes freely definable, e.g. 20% for Austria, 16% for Germany, 7,5% for Switzerland. Optional: Tax free delivery with indication of a Tax identification number
- Very flexible shipping expenses, individually adjustable. Shipping expenses can be calculated depending on the quantity or product weight. It is also possible to set up a progressive discount rate. Also, additionally, a separate shipping expense "lump-sum" can be assigned to each product, e.g. for bulky goods.
- Additional options for each item, with the possibility to add fees for each option (e.g. wrapping paper or color options, product size, etc.)
Functionality

- article search function; all articles of the catalog can be easily displayed via the search function
- statistic function for control of success; (you can display e.g. which sites have been visited how often, with which search engine the visitors got to your website, and which keywords have been typed in each individual search engine to find your shop.
- Live update function; easy to maintain, even by an inexperienced user. The product data is listed in a table, which can be edited via the Online Shop Manager.
Alternatively, the product table can be edited offline as text file on your local PC, and uploaded onto the server again. This way, a good number of items can be added or updated within a very short period of time.
Logging - The program sends an automated (self configureable) email to the customer. You, as salesperson, receive each order via email. Additionally, a log file is written, in which all order data is collected.
- Optionally, a second copy of the order data can be sent to you in any form (e.g. as CSV file). Thus the import into existing merchandise management systems is possible.
