WebMail - Overview

Using WebMail, you can send and receive emails from any location, over your web browser. It is possible to use WebMail for each email account (mailbox) configured in your Email Manager.

Please Note:
Emails, located in your WebMail are using valuable email storage space. If more than 90% of your email storage is used, you will receive an automated notifacation email. Please delete emails, that are not required any more from your WebMail, or download the emails to your computer using an email program of your choice. (POP settings: Do not leave messages on the server.).

WebMail - Summary of Features

WebMail Login

Open your Domaintechnik Control Panel and click on WebMail. The WebMail Login will then appear in a new browser window. Enter the access data (user name and password) of the mailbox and click on Login.

Working with WebMail

The operation of WebMail is very easy and similar to other webmail systems. If you are logged on to Webmail, in the upper menu the item "Help" is available, where each function is discussed in detail and assistance for problems is offered.

Mailbox Manager

The Mailbox Manager makes it possible to configure a selected mailbox, as it is described in the Domaintechnik Control Panel for all mailboxes under the menu item Email Manager. However, each email user can modify their settings individually, change the password, or empty the mailbox, without having access to mailboxes of other users. Furthermore, the spam filter for the selected mailbox can be configured in the Mailbox Manager.
