Important: If you are using a business or premium package, please use our new guestbook (myPHP Book).

The guestbook offers you an attractive way of adding more interactivity to your website and of getting in contact with the visitors of your website. You can use the predefined template or create your own layout from the default. In addition you have full control over all entries, can edit and delete them. If you want to, you can set the preferences so that you receive a notification email and send the visitor a confirmation email for each guestbook entry.

Installing the Guestbook

In order to install the guestbook for your website open your Domaintechnik Control Panel and click on the button Guestbook and then on Install. The guestbook will be installed within 10 minutes. After the installation you will find the Guestbook Manager here.

Implementing the Guestbook

After installing the guestbook you can access it under the following link:
www.yourdomain.com/cgi-sys/gb.cgi
(Replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name.)

The form for posting new messages can be reached at:
www.yourdomain.com/cgi-sys/gb.cgi
(Again, replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name.)
