Information about Greylisting

Our mailservers use a procedure called "Greylisting", which is a mixture between Whitelisting and Blacklisting. The sending mail server according to the email protocol is requested to send the message again, whereby most mass email programs fail and abort sending.

The procedure mentioned above is used only under certain conditions, for example if you operate own mailservers with dynamic IP address or wrong configuration.

Since this is a very strict expulsion process we have strongly untightened some rules contrary to other providers. Therefore we are able to guarantee maximum compatibility to badly configured mail servers, so that in no case any messages, desired by you, are lost.
