FTP Manager - Overview
With the FTP Manager, you can add and modify additional FTP users. Each user can be granted rights to a specific folder of your web space. This is very useful when, for example, more users are working on the same project, or when a company has been ordered to work on a project, but you do not want them to have full access to the web space.

Adding users
By clicking add new user, you can add an additional user profile for FTP access. Choose a username, mark the directory to grant the user access to, and click on select. In case that the directory does not exist yet, you can create a new one by clicking new folder.
Define a save password with which the user can log in and repeat it. Confirm the new user by clicking on Create. After the new user has been added, you can check the username and folder settings on the overview page.
Editing / Deleting a user
Position your cursor over the Action-Button and choose the desired option: delete - Click this item to delete a user. Confirm your entry by clicking Delete. folder - Choose this option to modify the folder to which the user has access to. Confirm your changes with a click on the Update-button. password - Click this to update the password of a user. Confirm your entry by clicking Update.
