Domains - Overview

With the Domains-module you have the possibility to link additional domain names to your existing hosting package. The available resources (disk space, email accounts, etc.) are shared among all activated domain names.
You can activate both storage space and email functionality for other domains.

Domains - Summary of Features

To assign additional domains to your hosting package, click on add new domain.
A step-by-step process starts, guiding you through the entire process.

Choose the Domain
Please enter the full address (e.g. yourdomain.tld), which is to be added to your hosting package.

Select the Services
Services such as storage space and email can now be selected for the additional domain. Mark the services you would like to use for this name.
If you select www, you are asked for the home directory of the new domain. You may choose an existing directory or create a separate folder for this.

Additional Information
After entering your new address, it takes about five minutes until the selected services for the domain are available on the server.

To link your domain to the services available on the server, you now have to adjust the nameserver configuration within your customer zone. In order to do this, select Domainlist / Order, then follow the link [configure name-servers] next to the information "uses package of:".

The right configuration-updates (IN A and/or MX-updates) will be made, if you hit the small link [Domaintechnik] at the second form.
