As soon as your Frontpage is successfully connected to the server, you should see on the left side of Frontpage your local stored website and on the right side all data on your server.

Down right in the status view window you see the item Publish all changed pages. Select Local to Remote and then click on Publish Web site.

Depending on the size of your site the loading will take some time.
