| Hypertext is text in a web page which includes links to other web pages or a different location in the current webpage. Once the reader has clicked a hypertext link, the new location specified in that link is displayed. Hypertext links are usually highlighted on a web page by being underlined or set in a different colour than the rest of the text.Hypermedia is the term used to describe media links, for example audio, video and graphics which can also take the reader to a different page. |
