Features of the Customer Zone
- domain overview:
In your customer zone you can find a list of all domains within your account.
- "whois data" - domain management:
You can manage domain owner data, domain administrator data, technical contact and zone contact of your domains individually.
- domain configuration (Zone Editor):
At your option, you can configure or edit zone file entries for A, MX and CNAME.
A entry: Address entry, which redirects a domain or a subdomain to any IP address.
MX entry: Information which server, at which priority, is responsible for receiving emails.
CNAME: Another address entry, which redirects a domain or a subdomain to a name.
- At your option you can register your own name server (DNS) for your domain or use the four name servers of Domaintechnik.com - free of charge.
- Set up an email-forwarding to your current email-address (e.g. your.name@yourdomain.tld).
- You can also set up a frame- or domain-forwarding to another provider (e.g.: to customers.domain.tld/your-site) or to any other internet address.
- change your login user name and password
(within the SSL secured Domaintechnik online customer account administration)
- update your billing data and choose/change the desired method of payment - from the following options:
a) bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice
b) credit card
c) debit order
- display, print and store your invoices online.
