.INFO Guidelines
Domaintechnik is an officially ICANN accredited and Afilias (the .INFO Registry) authorized registrar for the Top-Level-Domains .INFO.
If the customer registers a .INFO Domain, then he agrees to the Legal Information and Terms of Use, as well as the Registration Regulations of the central register Afilias: Indemnification Required of Registered Name Holders.
In its registration agreement with each Registered Name Holder, Registrar shall require such Registered Name Holder to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Afilias limited, the .INFO Registry Operator, and its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to the Registered Name Holder's domain name registration. The registration agreement shall further require that this indemnification obligation survive the termination or expiration of the registration agreement.
1. The Registrant accepts the use, duplication, distribution, publication, modification and other subsequent treatment of personal data of the owners of registered Domain names by Afilias limited, the .INFO Registry Operator, by its authorized persons and/or its representatives, as far as they are used only for contractually specified purposes.
2. The Registrant explains itself in agreement with a proceeding in accordance with ICANN's uniform Domain Name of Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and the Sunrise Disupte Resolution Policy (SDRP). These Policies is subject to possible changes.
3. The Registrant commits itself to the immediate correction and actualization of the information concerning the registered names during the registration period. The omission of the punctual correction of these information represents a breach of contract.
4. The Registrar and Afilias limited, the .INFO Registry Operator, reserve themselves expressly the right to refuse such registrations delete or transfer, which judge it after their discretion for necessary, in order to protect the integrity and stablety of the Registry, in order in the agreement to stand with any applicable right, national regulations or editions, judicial arrangements, procedures for the solution of conflicts to avoid or in order any civilian or criminal adhesion of the Registrars and/or from Afilias to just as the adhesion of their partners, subsidiary companies, organs, directors and employees. Guidelines for .BIZ, .CC, .COM, .INFO, .NET, .ORG and .TV Domains, which the ISP registered with Tucows Inc.:
a.) In addition to the registration and renewal of .COM .NET .ORG Domains the regulations of .COM .NET .ORG domain registration agreement of Tucows Inc. applies. For registration and renewal of .BIZ Domains the .BIZ domain registration agreement applies. For registration and renewal of .CC Domains the .CC domain registration agreement applies. For registration and renewal of .INFO Domains the .INFO domain registration agreement applies. For registration and renewal of .TV Domains the .TV domain registration agreement applies.
b.) The registered domain owner for a domain name and the domain admin permit Ledl.net GmbH to temporarily change the registered admin email address, in order to transfer the domain from the currently used registrar Tucows to the new registrar Ledl.net GmbH or Key-Systems GmbH. The transfer procedure is substantially facilitated by the change of the admin email address and the customer must not spend any time on it. After transfer the admin email address is set back again to the email address announced by the customer. |
